Job Title: Consumer Experience Researcher Lead (Digital)




Your Role:




• Drives product innovation and differentiation by executing long-term research strategies that align with business objectives, market trends, and user needs, ensuring that research efforts contribute to the organization's strategic goals and competitive advantage.
• Reviews extracted user and consumer insights, ensures a seamless flow from User Needs to User Requirements to Product Requirements, and develops a systematic approach for all user research challenges to facilitate verification and validation of relevant consumer insights.
• Partners with stakeholders to finalize abstract high-level value propositions, ensures alignment with strategic goals and meeting expectations, then collaborates with cross-functional teams to prioritize requirements based on importance, resources, and potential outcomes.
• Lead the design and execution of complex research studies, utilizing a mix of qualitative and quantitative methodologies to unearth profound user insights crucial for shaping product strategy and ensures research findings are communicated and integrated into decision-making processes.
• Establishes and optimizes user experience research operations processes, including participant recruitment, data collection, analysis, and reporting, to maximize efficiency and scalability across projects.
• Drives continuous improvement initiatives within the user experience research team, incorporating feedback, evaluating research methodologies, and implementing best practices to enhance research quality and impact.
• Establishes and implements metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of research efforts on product success, user satisfaction, and business outcomes, and use data-driven insights to iterate and improve research strategies over time.
• Leads thorough risk analysis to identify potential user risks, adeptly balances tradeoffs to optimize the consumer experience, and demonstrates a deep understanding of user context and usage patterns to inform requirement definition effectively.
• Provides guidance, mentorship, and support to junior user experience researchers, nurtures their professional development, and ensures research practices maintain high quality and consistency throughout the team.
• Devises advanced action plans, collaborates with teams to enhance offerings, conducts root cause analysis of complaints and implements sustainable solutions to prevent recurrence, all aimed at continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and business performance.

• Bachelor's / Master's Degree with around 15 yrs. of experience in User Experience, User Research or equivalent.
