Job Summary:

Job Location - Delhi/NCR


Coursera seeks a creative and detail-oriented Content Production Manager who loves solving production challenges and organizing complex projects at scale. Content Production Managers are cross-functional catalysts that bring together internal teams, industry stakeholders, and 3rd party production vendors to design and build Coursera’s courses, Specializations, and Professional Certificates. 


Content Production Managers (CPMs) are responsible for overseeing the timely development and delivery of learning content. CPMs partner closely with Learning Design Consultants, Partner stakeholders, and 3rd party production companies through the entire production process to build project plans, onboard production teams, provide project updates, and hold the cross-functional teams accountable. As unique and ambiguous problems arise, the CPM is a creative and relentlessly positive leader of the production team, discovering new and compelling solutions throughout the program build.


Responsibilities
  • Build project plans and oversee internal stakeholders and third-party production teams.
  • Manage production projects through a full-project lifecycle
  • Create, manage, and own work streams related to developing online learning experiences
  • Review statements of work related to establishing project scope and budgets
Basic Qualifications
  • 4+ years experience in project or program management
  • Prior experience teaching, designing, or managing online learning programs
  • Demonstrated experience providing excellent customer service to clients in leading industries or major universities
  • Prior experience drafting or managing contracts and statements of work
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP or equivalent project management experience
  • Advanced degree or professional certifications in education or business
  • Experience with learning management systems and ed-tech instructional tools
  • Experience in b-corporations or similar social responsibility oriented organizations
  • Demonstrated success building new programs and services
  • Fearlessness in the face of uncertainty
