Summary:


Design and maintain the overall security architecture to comply with ISO27001


- Define security standards, policies


- Evaluate and integrate security technologies


- Provide guidance to project teams, Internal + External


Tasks & Responsibilities:


  • Design and develop cyber security architectures for IT systems and applications, ensuring alignment with business and compliance requirements.
  • Analyze existing IT infrastructures and applications to identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities.
  • Define and implement cyber security standards, guidelines, and best practices across the organization.
  • Support project teams in integrating cyber security requirements into solution designs and project plans.
  • Conduct cyber security assessments, architecture reviews, and risk analyses for new and existing systems.
  • Collaborate with the Cyber Defence Center / Security Operations Center (CDC/SOC) to ensure effective incident response and continuous improvement of security measures.
  • Lead and participate in cyber security related projects, including cloud security, network security, and application security.
  • Provide guidance and training to IT teams and business units on cyber security topics.
  • Stay up to date with current cyber security trends, threats, and technologies, and proactively adapt the security architecture accordingly.
  • Steer and support our partners in operating cyber security services like Proxy, CASB, Firewall, and Vulnerability Management service.

Required Qualifications & Skills:


  • Completed degree in Computer Science, IT Security, or a comparable qualification.
  • 5–10 years of professional experience in IT security architecture or a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST), security technologies, and architecture methodologies.
  • Experience in designing secure IT infrastructures, networks, and cloud environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex security topics clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in English, written and spoken.

Optional Qualifications & Skills:


  • Experience with Data Loss Prevention and Data Classification is an advantage.
  • Fluency in German language is beneficial.
