Data Analytics & Business Intelligence - Manager

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically strong Data Analytics & Business Intelligence with 10-14 years of experience in enterprise analytics, reporting, and business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in database technologies, data analytics, data visualization, and reporting platforms such as Qlik Sense, Qlik NPrinting, Tableau, and Power BI. The candidate should demonstrate exceptional communication skills, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for driving innovation through Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analytics & Business Intelligence

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient BI solutions.
• Deliver actionable insights through data visualization and advanced analytics techniques.
• Partner with business users to identify opportunities for process optimization and performance improvement.

Qlik & Reporting Technologies

• Develop and maintain applications using Qlik Sense and Qlik NPrinting.
• Design and support enterprise reporting frameworks and automated report distribution.
• Optimize dashboard performance, usability, and scalability.
• Implement governance, security, and best practices for BI platforms.

Data Engineering & Database Management

• Demonstrate strong expertise in SQL and relational databases.
• Design data models, ETL processes, and data integration solutions.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, performance, and reliability across reporting environments.
• Work with large-scale datasets across multiple data sources and platforms.

Analytics Architecture

• Define and implement BI architecture standards and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership on Qlik, Tableau, and Power BI platforms.
• Support cloud, hybrid, and on-premises analytics environments.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend strategic improvements.

AI & Innovation

• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, machine learning, and automation within analytics solutions.
• Lead proof-of-concepts and implementation of AI-powered reporting and decision-support capabilities.
• Drive innovation through data-driven initiatives and emerging technologies.
• Promote adoption of AI-enabled analytics across business functions.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead technical discussions and mentor team members.
• Collaborate effectively with business, technology, and executive stakeholders.
• Drive project execution with strong ownership and accountability.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.

Experience:

• 10-14 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, or Data Engineering.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-level analytics solutions.
