Reports to - Reporting Director, Team - Data Reporting & Visualisation




Role Purpose



The Hub Reporting Lead / Supervisor shapes how the Reporting Hub approaches report design and data structure,



working closely with Reporting Director and the BA Reporting Analyst to translate business requirements into clear



reporting specifications. The role is hands-on across Databricks and Power BI, and provides supervisory oversight of



dashboard quality, coordinating user testing and data QA to ensure every report released is accurate, functional,



and fit for purpose. Working across multiple markets, the role coordinates the delivery of a consolidated global



report while ensuring local market nuances, including regional feedback and commentary, are captured, reconciled,



and reflected in the Hub's outputs.



Key Responsibilities



• Support the team in defining reporting specifications, translating business and stakeholder requirements into



clear, structured documentation.



• Advise on and help shape the overall approach to reporting design and underlying data structure, ensuring



consistency and scalability across the Hub's outputs.



• Build and maintain data pipelines and models in Databricks to support reporting requirements.



• Support the wireframing design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI, applying design and



data-modelling best practice.



• Plan and coordinate user testing (UAT) for new and updated dashboards, capturing and resolving feedback



prior to release.



• Own data QA activity relating to dashboard functionality and underlying data, validating logic, calculations, and



data accuracy against source.



• Provide day-to-day guidance and quality oversight to reporting analysts/team members, acting as a point of



escalation for technical and data queries.



• Partner with Reporting Director and wider Data Management capabilities to align reporting outputs with



product roadmap and governance standards.



• Coordinate reporting activity across markets, consolidating local outputs into a single global report while



maintaining consistency in design, data structure, and definitions.



• Gather, review, and incorporate local market feedback and commentary, ensuring regional nuances are



accurately represented in the global report and escalating conflicts where markets diverge.



Skills & Experience



• Proven hands-on experience with Databricks (data pipelines, transformations, and data modelling).



• Strong Power BI expertise, including data modelling, DAX, and dashboard/report design.



• Solid understanding of data structures and schema design in a reporting context.



• Experience running or supporting UAT and data QA processes for BI/reporting deliverables.



• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve data or functional discrepancies.



• Good stakeholder communication skills; comfortable translating technical detail for non-technical audiences.



• Solid understanding of Media data, from planning all the way to activation platforms.



• Experience coordinating reporting or analytics across multiple markets or geographies, balancing global



consistency with local requirements and managing input from distributed stakeholders.



• Prior experience supervising or mentoring junior team members is an advantage.

• Reporting specifications and data structures are clearly documented and consistently followed across the Hub.



• Dashboards are released with minimal post-launch defects, having passed thorough UAT and data QA.



• The wider team has clear technical guidance and a reliable point of escalation for reporting and data issues.



• The global report is delivered consistently and on time, while accurately reflecting local market nuances,



feedback, and commentary.
