Role Summary

Desktop Support Engineer responsible for providing first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, operating systems, applications, and basic networking issues. The role focuses on ensuring smooth IT operations and user satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities
  • Handle daily IT support tickets and end-user requests.
  • Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and hardware-related issues.
  • Resolve Windows OS and Outlook-related problems.
  • Support Wi-Fi, LAN, and basic network connectivity issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Install and support standard business applications.
  • Maintain issue resolution documentation and reports.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams.
  • Support IT infrastructure and end-user environments.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
