The ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of documents while supporting project teams with Unifier workflows and document management protocols. 


  • Manage and maintain project documentation using Oracle Primavera Unifier.
  • Upload, track, and control documents including drawings, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and reports.
  • Ensure version control and proper document classification, indexing, and archiving.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely document distribution
  • Manage and operate document control systems, including databases and digital platforms, to track document flow, status, and progress
  • Prepare reports on document status and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform project managers and other stakeholders
