An Ideal Candidate:
An ideal candidate would have 2–7 years of experience providing engineering input to assigned product development projects, including interfacing with cross‑functional teams consisting of engineering and operations. They would be involved in designing, developing, executing, and evaluating fitness‑for‑use testing, product specifications, and process validation plans for a variety of moderately complex products and components. They would also create and review material part specifications and bills of materials.
Key Competencies:
1.Experience in creating and releasing engineering Change Notices (CNs) to release parts and bills of material.
2.Experience with Windchill or equivalent PLM
3.Design experience with a variety of materials (plastics, alumni castings, sheet metal, etc.) and basic knowledge of material specs and use.
4.Experience in new product design and development
5.Experience conducting analysis using FEA, CFD, etc.
6.Experience with 3D modeling such as Creo or SolidWorks.
