ROLE SUMMARY
Contracts Engineer is responsible for supporting the contract management process across all stages of an EPC project—ranging from contract review and administration to change management and closure. The role involves interpreting contractual clauses, assisting in drafting correspondences, monitoring compliance, and maintaining proper documentation to safeguard the organization’s contractual and commercial interests. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, the Contracts Engineer coordinates with project, procurement, planning, and site teams to track contractual obligations, manage deviations, and support in the preparation of claims, variations, and other commercial documentation. This role also contributes to risk identification and mitigation efforts while ensuring adherence to client requirements and internal contract procedures.
