We are looking for an Enterprise Solution Content Specialist to join our Content Services & Print Documentation team at HP.



In this role, you will drive the creation, standardization, and continuous improvement of enterprise solutions, software, and firmware content while working across a global, cross-functional environment.



🔹 What you will do



  • Develop and manage technical content and training for enterprise solutions
  • Drive content consistency, quality, and usability across teams
  • Own technology communications, including bi-monthly newsletters and portal content
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, Technical Marketing, and Support
  • Improve content processes and delivery in an Agile environment
  • Support service agents and field technicians with high-quality documentation

🔹 What we are looking for



  • 47 years of experience in technical documentation / information development
  • Strong stakeholder collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to work across complex, global environments
  • Experience with structured content, content management systems
  • A proactive mindset with focus on quality, scalability, and continuous improvement
  • Minimum of 3 years of Bachelors' degree.
