We are currently seeking a Oracle Financials Prod Support to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Required skills:

• Around 10+ years of Oracle Fusion Financials implementation or support project experience
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Financials in EBS and Oracle Fusion Financials
• Strong functional knowledge of GL, AP, AR, FA, I-Expenses and CM including procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report, and asset lifecycle
• Hands-on experience in OTBI report development and customization
• Experience providing Level 1 Production Support in a 24x7 or business-hours support model
• Understanding of financial accounting processes and period-close activities
• Ability to analyze production issues and perform first-level troubleshooting
• Familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, or similar)
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Education – MBA specialization in Finance, CA or equivalent

Roles & Responsibility:

• Provide Level 1 Production Support for Oracle Financials modules including:

• • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Fixed Assets (FA)
  • Cash Management (CM)
  • iExpenses
• Support day-to-day production issues in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) while the organization remains on EBS
• Assist with production support activities for Oracle Fusion Financials during and after the transition
• Monitor, log, analyze, and resolve L1 incidents and service requests within defined SLAs
• Perform initial triage, root cause analysis, and issue resolution; escalate to L2/L3 teams as required
• Support month-end and year-end close activities, including validations and reconciliations
• Perform basic functional troubleshooting related to transactions, setups, and data issues
• Coordinate with business users, functional teams, and technical teams for issue resolution
• Validate fixes, perform regression checks, and support production deployments
• Maintain support documentation, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Support data correction activities under approved change and audit controls
