The Executive in the Quality function will oversee and ensure compliance with aerospace quality AS9100 standards in the Aerospace Assembly. This role is responsible for maintaining airworthiness, supervising inspection processes, and driving continuous improvement in assembly operations, while ensuring customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

• QA Activities  Conduct and supervise aeronautical part-level and assembly-level inspections to ensure conformity with aerospace standards.

  
  

• Inspection & Testing  Oversee inspection and testing activities for structural assemblies, including dimensional checks and non-destructive testing (NDT).

  
  

• Documentation  Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, and compliance reports to support traceability and certification.

  
  

• Regulatory Compliance  Ensure adherence to DGCA, and other aerospace regulatory requirements.

  
  

• Improvement Initiatives  Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and SPC-based improvement projects to reduce defects and enhance efficiency.

  
  

• Team Leadership  Mentor and guide inspectors, technicians, and engineers in quality practices and safety standards.

  
  

• Supplier Quality Management  Collaborate with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet aerospace-grade specifications.

  
  

• Customer Handling  Interface with customers during audits, inspections, and quality reviews to ensure satisfaction and trust.
