• Lead and oversee daily production operations to achieve output targets.
  
• Develop production schedules and optimize resource utilization.
  
• Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure quality standards are met.
  
• Implement lean manufacturing initiatives to improve efficiency.
  
• Supervise and mentor production supervisors and shop-floor teams.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain departments.
  
• Analyze production metrics and implement corrective actions.
  

1. Production Planning – Managing schedules, capacity, and output targets.

Experience in manufacturing and production operations is typically required for this role. Candidates should have a strong background in factory management, workforce supervision, and production planning. Typical experience range for a Factory Manager role is 8–15 years in a manufacturing environment.

• Minimum: B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering or related field (Typical)
  
• Preferred: MBA Operations / Production Management
  
• Additional: Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Industrial Safety Certifications
