Position Overview
 

We are seeking a hands-on, technically strong, and business-oriented Finance AI Enablement Lead to join our Finance Transformation AI team.

This role sits at the intersection of Finance, AI product delivery, data, and user enablement. The successful candidate will partner directly with Finance stakeholders to identify high-value use cases, build and support AI-powered solutions, and help users adopt new ways of working through copilots, agents, automation, and GenAI-enabled workflows.
 

The ideal candidate is comfortable engaging with Finance leaders and end users while also being capable of prototyping, configuring, troubleshooting, and improving AI solutions end to end. The candidate should possess sufficient technical depth to understand data flows, workflows, prompts, APIs, SQL, and Python logic, while also being able to explain complex concepts clearly to non-technical users.This role is ideal for someone passionate about building practical AI solutions, supporting users in real business environments, and enabling responsible and effective AI adoption.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-value AI and automation use cases

  
  

• Build, prototype, configure, and support AI-powered Finance solutions and workflows

  
  

• Enable adoption of copilots, AI agents, automation, and GenAI-driven processes across Finance teams

  
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Data, Product, and Technology teams

  
  

• Troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve AI solutions and workflows

  
  

• Understand and work with data flows, APIs, prompts, SQL queries, and Python-based logic

  
  

• Provide user training, enablement, and ongoing support to ensure successful AI adoption

  
  

• Translate complex technical concepts into simple business-friendly communication

  
  

• Promote responsible and effective use of AI tools and solutions within the organization

  
  

• Support end-to-end delivery of Finance AI transformation initiatives

  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field

  
  

• Strong understanding of Finance processes and business operations

  
  

• Hands-on experience with AI, automation, GenAI tools, or digital transformation initiatives

  
  

• Working knowledge of SQL, Python, APIs, workflows, and data concepts

  
  

• Experience supporting or implementing AI-enabled business solutions

  
  

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills

  
  

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  
  

• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical users

  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Finance Transformation, AI Enablement, or Intelligent Automation programs

  
  

• Familiarity with copilots, AI agents, prompt engineering, and GenAI workflows.

  
  

• Exposure to Finance systems, ERP platforms, or enterprise data environments

  
  

• Experience in user enablement, training, or change management initiatives

  
  

• Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI practices, and adoption frameworks

  
  

• Ability to work in agile and fast-paced transformation environments

  
  

• Prior experience collaborating with Finance leadership and enterprise technology teams
