Work on end-to-end Reinsurance treaty & Accounting operations, including accruals, billing, settlements, and reporting. Good written and oral communication skills. Strong understanding and comprehension of Reinsurance. Good Analytical, problem-solving skills very High Detail Orientation. Ability to establish priorities and handle multiple assignments concurrently with minimal direction in an evolving, fast-paced work environment, Team player, Positive attitude.




Prepare GRDR load forms, Kyriba wires, and monitor reinsurer cash flows and receivables. Drive analytics on premiums and claims, ensure SOX compliance, and support month-end close. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve queries and enhance process efficiency, accuracy, and audit readiness.



  • Verify and crosscheck all policy documents and requests received, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and adherence to internal controls.
  • Conduct thorough research across multiple systems to verify reinsurance information, supporting documents, and treaty history before deciding to proceed with or escalating a report/supporting documents.
  • Draft professional correspondence to requestors when additional information, clarifications, or supporting documents are required.
  • Proactively monitor work/BAU and maintain service-level timelines & accuracy with consistent attention to detail and quality.
  • Identify, escalate, and report process gaps, risks, or discrepancies to appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Understand New Frontier strategy & work as per set OKR’s

  • Strong expertise in reinsurance administration (including assumed & ceded & retro), including accruals, billing, settlements, and reporting
  • Understand various treaties (ALICO, DELAM, PRT, CAT, INRECO, EXPAT), run automation BOTS, implement ideas to improve process effectiveness
  • Work on AI tools and produce ideas for improvement & efficiency gains
  • Proficiency in preparing GRDR load forms and PeopleSoft accounting.
  • Ability to manage reinsurer cash flows, receivables, and settlement processes effectively
  • Advanced analytical skills for premiums, claims, commissions, tax etc. and related controls
  • Good understanding of SOX controls, governance, and audit frameworks
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Proven capability in query resolution and operational issue management
  • Update SOP’s & document changes related to process flows
  • Support manager in all work-related emails related to research & queries from various stakeholders
  • Focus on process improvement, automation, and efficiency enhancement
  • Computer navigation skills along with Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
