As part of the Financial Reporting Quality Assurance Organization (FRQA) within Corporate Controllership, the Service Management (SM) team is a techno-functional group responsible for supporting the system operations function for US Regulatory Reporting, Reserve Bank of India Regulatory Reporting, BASEL Production Support capabilities. This team has a holistic understanding of the data sources, processes, and outputs, and the ability to trouble-shoot and resolve problems related to the numerous data sources and processing involved on various Finance technology systems.
Purpose:
This role will primarily be focused on Regulatory Reporting (RBI & Basel) operational process planning, run execution and report delivery. Included in the scope of work is impact assessment of production changes and the update of E2E process flows and runbooks. Additionally, this role will work closely with process and system owners across the organization to document, track, and resolve operational processing issues.

This analyst role is responsible for ensuring operational processes are accurately monitored and executed according to the run book & operational calendar. Responsibilities include:
Open to working extended (sporadically though) hours and on weekends on a rotational basis
Qualifications & Behavioral Skills:
Strong relationship management including collaborating, and extensively coordinating with internal and external partners
Technical Skills & Knowledge of Platforms
Preferred familiarity with Amex project methodology (SDLC, Agile) and related testing methodologies. Prior testing experience is a plus.
