This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 1500000 - Rs 2000000 (ie INR 15-20 LPA) Experience: 1+ yrs Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Job Type: Full-Time We are looking for a highly driven and entrepreneurial Founder's Office team member to work directly with the founder and leadership team on high-priority, cross-functional initiatives.
This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role where you will help drive strategic programs, 0→1 projects, and business-critical initiatives across product, growth, partnerships, operations, and finance.
The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex problems, and is excited about building scalable processes and frameworks from the ground up.
You will act as an extension of the founder, helping translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, coordinating across teams, and ensuring execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities Lead and execute high-impact strategic initiatives across the organization.
Drive 0→1 and 1→10 projects from ideation through execution and scaling.
Own program management for key business priorities and ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
Work closely with the founder on business planning, decision-making, and execution support.
Prepare strategic documents, presentations, dashboards, and business insights for leadership reviews.
Act as an extension of the founder in driving critical initiatives and cross-functional alignment.
Collaborate with Product, Growth, Partnerships, Operations, and Finance teams on strategic programs.
Break down complex business problems into structured action plans and measurable execution roadmaps.
Ensure accountability, follow-through, and alignment across teams on key priorities.
Build processes, playbooks, and frameworks to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
Drive experimentation, rapid iteration, and continuous improvement across business initiatives.
Analyze key business metrics such as GMV, CAC, conversion, retention, and growth indicators to support data-driven decision-making.
Identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and help build scalable operating mechanisms.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to unblock execution and drive momentum on critical projects.
