The opportunity



As a Function & Legal Entity Controlling Analyst/Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality financial planning, controlling, reporting, analytics, governance, and process excellence services to stakeholders across multiple regions and functions. You will support financial performance management by analyzing financial and operational data, providing actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making, and contributing to standardization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives that drive transparency and business value.

  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing, forecasting, budgeting, and planning activities.



  • Analyze actual results against budgets and forecasts, identifying key drivers, risks, opportunities, and performance trends.



  • Prepare management reporting packages, dashboards, business performance analyses, and executive presentations.



  • Monitor functional costs, capital expenditures, external spend, and other key financial indicators to ensure effective cost management.



  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of financial data and reporting deliverables.



  • Partner with function controllers, finance leaders, cost center owners, and business stakeholders by providing insightful financial analysis and recommendations.



  • Collaborate with regional, country, and global finance teams in a diverse and multicultural environment.



  • Support governance reviews, management discussions, and cross-functional business initiatives.



  • Transform financial and operational data into meaningful business insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.

  • Support the deployment, adoption, and optimization of modern digital finance technologies and solutions.

Your background



  • Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.



  • Professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, ACCA, CPA, MBA, or equivalent certifications will be considered an advantage.



  • 2–7 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, Financial Reporting, Accounting, Shared Services, Business Analytics, Finance Operations, or Finance Transformation.



  • Experience working within a multinational or global organization is preferred.



  • Strong exposure to budgeting, forecasting, month-end closing, reporting, and performance management processes.



  • Solid understanding of financial and accounting principles with mandatory knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting requirements.



  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 productivity tools.



  • Experience with data analytics and reporting tools, particularly Power BI.



  • Familiarity with SAP ERP systems, including SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications, is highly desirable.



  • Ability to work with large and complex datasets, perform financial analysis, and translate data into actionable business insights.



  • Interest in digital finance, automation, AI-enabled solutions, and continuous process improvement.



  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-support capabilities.
