•    Help internal stakeholders to make data driven decisions 
•    Build predictive and prescriptive analytics capability for the organization
•    Enable best practice sharing across affiliates, categories and functions



The role is also responsible for the on-time production of all standardized analytics. Timely administration of Incentives to payroll supporting all the divisions of AIL. Owner of agreements and negotiations with syndicated data vendors including IQVIA, SMSRC, AIOCD etc. The ideal candidate is expected to have
•    Strong passion for advanced analytics, predictive modelling
•    Strong solutioning skills with knowledge of tools like R / Python / SPSS and SQL

Main Purpose of Job
A leadership role functioning as Head Business Intelligence for AIL affiliate, Commercial intelligence team and the advanced analytics team.
 
This role provides complete leadership in terms of defining service levels on deliverables assigned, garnering support from business and other support functions such as Comex, HR and Finance to ensure deliverables such as disbursal of analyzers, scorecards, incentives, target setting. The role should be able to drive automation provide insightful business diagnostics and predictive analytics.

•    Drive implementation of predictive analytics in areas such as attrition, busines forecasting. This is the key theme for EPD for the coming years and this role will play a very critical part in ensuring predictive accuracy
•    Develop a culture of service orientation as well as create a culture of partnering with business on diagnostics
•    Define and ensure service level adherence
•    Build knowledge and skill set of team members 
•    Develop business analysts within the team
•    Stakeholder management to ensure customer satisfaction
Minimum Required Qualifications
Education, work experience, certifications/licenses, etc. If a degree is generally required, what level (bachelor’s, associate’s, etc.) and type (area of study)
•    Engineering Degree with an advanced qualification like M.S or MBA
