An Ideal Candidate:

• An Ideal candidate should have Minimum experience of 20 years in plant maintenance / engineering services / utilities operation in continuous process plants (Petrochemicals/ Chemicals / Refinery / Fertilisers) & with more than 8 years’ experience in similar roles. he should be Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering

Key Competencies:

• Plan & implement maintenance strategies to improve plant equipment reliability & availability to meet budgeted production.Statutory compliance related to Engg & Utilities.Propose , plan & oversee timely implementation of improvement schemes / modifications / growth projects to improve profitabilityBuild a capable & motivated team at the functions to create high performance team environmentDevelop & establish system for statutory compliance pertaining to Engg & UtilitiesEstablish various management systems to achieve business results
