Role Description

We are looking for an HR Apprentice to join our team as part of a formal apprenticeship programme. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience and learn from highly skilled HR professionals.

Your key responsibilities

• Participate in on-the-job learning within the organisation, complemented by off-the-job training.
• Gain first-hand practical experience and instruction from qualified employees.
• Support HR operations and initiatives as part of the learning process

• Enthusiastic individuals eager to learn and develop a career in HR.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate.

Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
