We are looking for a highly driven Recruiter who can manage hiring across technical, non-technical, and leadership roles while maintaining a high standard of talent quality.
The ideal candidate is adaptable, proactive, and capable of supporting evolving business needs, including scaling recruitment efforts and managing bulk hiring requirements when necessary.
This is not a coordination role.
You will own the hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance, partnering closely with leadership to build strong teams and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities- End-to-End Recruitment Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and success profiles.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Demonstrate flexibility in supporting increased hiring volumes and evolving business needs when required.
Talent Sourcing Source candidates through various job portals (such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other relevant platforms), employee referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Proactively identify passive candidates for hard-to-fill positions.
Candidate Assessment Conduct structured screening and pre-screen interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Assess candidate quality and eliminate unsuitable applicants early in the process.
Present qualified candidates with clear hiring recommendations.
Hiring Operations Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation.
Track hiring metrics and provide regular pipeline updates.
Ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Offer Management Manage offer discussions and negotiations.
Drive candidate engagement and commitment through to onboarding.
Support successful offer acceptance and joining outcomes.
Proven recruitment experience in fast-paced environments.
Hands-on experience recruiting for technical & non-technical roles.
Experience working in high-growth organizations.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
