Roles and Responsibilities

JD - SailPoint IIQ Developer

4-5 years of hands on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) development, including customization and end to end implementation.
* Strong experience in application onboarding, including connector setup, aggregation, provisioning, and certification configurations.
* Proficiency in writing, reviewing, and debugging complex BeanShell rules (workflows, provisioning rules, and custom business logic).
* Ability to read, understand, and analyze existing workflows and rule logic to support enhancements and troubleshooting activities.
* Solid understanding of SailPoint APIs and their usage for integrations, customizations, and automation.

JD - Saviynt

Provide Level 3 support for Saviynt IGA, resolving issues escalated from L1/L2 teams.
Performed root cause analysis (RCA) on defects raised by customers/end users in Saviynt and provided corrective and preventive action recommendations.
Monitor and troubleshoot Saviynt services, connectors, workflows, tasks, and jobs.
Manage identity lifecycle tasks, and scheduled jobs.
Perform impact analysis and ensure stability during production deployments and updates.
Saviynt Configuration & Enhancements
Configure, customize, and enhance:
Saviynt Roles, Rules, Controls, Policies
SOD rulesets, Access Requests, Access Reviews (Campaigns)
Enterprise Roles & Birthright Access
Maintain Saviynt workflows (JSON/XML).
Security & Compliance
Support audit activities (SOX, ISO, GDPR) and provide evidence for compliance.
Ensure governance controls, SOD policies, and access review processes are functioning correctly.
Maintain documentation for standards, procedures, workflows, and operational runbooks.
Proactively monitor job failures, monitor pending tasks.
Managed end‑to‑end user lifecycle processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver), ensuring timely provisioning and deprovisioning of access.
Collaborated with security and compliance teams to ensure adherence to IAM policies, standards, and governance requirements.
Supported complete User, Entitlement, and Role lifecycle operations within Saviynt.
Resolved customer issues within defined SLAs and delivered solutions aligned with business needs.
Worked closely with various internal teams, taking ownership of troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of application-related issues.
