About this opportunity:




We are excited to announce an opening for the role of Inbound Supply Manager! This role is tasked with ensuring short-and long-term material availability through effective management of our inbound supply chains, including external suppliers, Ericsson Supply Sites, and Contract Manufacturing Sites (EMS). An integral part of achieving stakeholder satisfaction, this position serves as a bridge between RandD, Production Management, and Sourcing departments. If you're ready to develop and optimize the usage of time and capital resources, ensure correct dimensioning, maintain inventories throughout the supply chain, and grow supplier relations, this might be your ideal fit.




What you will do:




  • Drive a plan-driven supply chain by ensuring execution aligns with the agreed demand and supply plan
  • Monitor and manage supply chain deviations, drive root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure service level to customer (KPI)
  • Control inventory level according to supply strategy (KPI)
  • Coordinate and optimize demand planning globally and regionally
  • Supply chain risk prediction
  • Provide material availability to customer
  • Secure purchase agreement compliance
  • Purchase order handling
  • Supplier performance management
  • Track inbound shipment status
  • Support demands from other hubs
  • Excess management

The skills you bring:




  • Experience in Supply Palnning.
  • Experience in Procurement and Purchasing 
  • Good in Excel /SAP knowledge / Power BI
  • Basic Knowledge in IBP - Integrated Business Planning
  • Market insights.
  • Ericsson Portfolio.
