You would be part of Retirement services team, Experience in the US retirement industry specifically 401k , 403B, Moneyout, Lumpsum, Defined contribution, Client Service Management, Plan document, Plan Implementation Processes and activities involved in managing and facilitating financial transactions, including payment processing, reconciliation, fraud detection, risk management, and customer support, typically conducted by banks, payment processors, or financial institutions.
What are we looking for? Experience in US Retirement Services domain – Defined Contributions - Managing participant level services Expertise in Money In processes such as Asset transfer, enrollments, record keeping services, account maintenance, IRA contributions, file processing, etc. Address change verification: Verify participants’ addresses using tools provided by public records system and the United States Postal Service. Hands on with developing process documentation, capturing exceptions, process flow, process maps and Follows Not in Good Order / In Good Order Processing rules. Any Bachelors’ degree Experience in the US retirement industry mandatory Open to working in US shifts based on business requirements Good verbal & written communication skills Good typing skills and attention to detail. Good time management skills Ability to work independently
Roles and Responsibilities: Perform end-to-end processing of monetary and non-monetary transactions based on scanned forms and system-generated requests, ensuring 100% accuracy and adherence to turnaround timelines. Be flexible to work in US business hours/shifts ONLY based on operational Execute transactional activities such as account creation, account maintenance, fund movements, rollovers, and transfers as per client instructions and standard operating procedures. Review and validate client-submitted forms (scanned/image-based) to determine IGO / NIGO status, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance before processing. Demonstrate strong working knowledge of rollover-in, transfer, and enrollment request processing, with the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve exceptions. Ensure strict compliance with data confidentiality and non-disclosure requirements, safeguarding sensitive client and financial information at all times. Comply with client policies, internal procedures, and applicable Federal / State / Local regulations, escalating risks, errors, or potential breaches to management promptly. Research and respond to transaction-related queries from Business Partners and Client Support Teams within defined SLAs. Prioritize and manage high-value and time-sensitive transactions to minimize financial, operational, and compliance risk. Perform quality checks and self-audits to ensure transactions meet established Quality Control and accuracy standards. Complete assigned daily BAU activities while supporting special projects, backlogs, and volume surges as required. Actively participate in process improvement, workflow optimization, and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors. Support the creation, review, and maintenance of process documentation and SOPs, ensuring alignment to current practices.
