Role Overview Interpath Advisory, a leading financial advisory business, is seeking an Associate Director to join its Integration team within the Integration practice.
This is a senior, highly autonomous role for a candidate able to lead complex integration, carve-out and internal projects governance workstreams end-to-end to provide genuine analytical and advisory depth.
Interpath's unique approach combines the agility and energy of a young organisation with the quality and experience of a Big 4 firm.
The successful candidate will operate as a trusted advisor to Interpath stakeholders, shaping the governance and structure of large-scale M&A integrations and internal initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Own the design and governance of the M&A Integration Master Plan, including structuring of workstreams, governance forums, and decision-making protocols Execute internal projects arising from the business Drive cross-functional workstream leads (IT, Finance, HR, Operations, Legal, Real Estate, Procurement) and hold them accountable for deliverables, risks, and dependencies Lead change management strategy and ensure coherent communication across entities and leadership levels Perform diagnostic assessments and hypothesis-driven analyses to identify value creation opportunities, and operational improvement initiatives Conduct financial, operational, and organizational analysis to assess synergy opportunities, cost optimization initiatives, and business performance improvement actions Build and maintain detailed management reporting, KPI frameworks, and executive dashboards to track integration progress, value realization, risks, and key business outcomes Translate data and analysis into actionable insights, presenting clear recommendations and implementation roadmaps to senior leadership teams Mentor and develop Assistant Managers, and Senior / Junior Associates contributing to Interpath's practice-building and business development efforts Benefits: At Interpath, our people lie at the heart of our business.
