Junior Operations Analyst

Role Overview
This Pune-based role is ideal for an early-career analyst with 1-2 years of experience in business operations,
sales operations, reporting, or data administration. You will support operational processes through data
management, reporting, Salesforce administration support, and process improvement initiatives.
The successful candidate will help ensure data accuracy, maintain reporting integrity, support business users,
and contribute to operational efficiency through consistent process execution and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate and consistent data across Salesforce and related business systems.
• Perform data audits and identify data quality issues, missing values, duplicates, and inconsistencies.
• Support recurring operational and performance reporting activities.
• Assist with the maintenance and validation of Power BI dashboards and reporting metrics.
• Support Salesforce data management activities, including account, lead, opportunity, and customer data
maintenance.
• Investigate reporting discrepancies and coordinate resolution with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain operational documentation, standard operating procedures, and process guides.
• Assist with testing and validation of system enhancements, data changes, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve process efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, reporting accuracy, and operational
consistency.

How You Will Do It
• Ensure a high level of data accuracy and integrity through careful validation and attention to detail.
• Use data and reporting insights to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Follow established governance processes and documentation standards to maintain operational consistency.
• Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Business Systems teams to resolve issues and
support business needs.
• Continuously seek ways to reduce manual effort, improve reporting quality, and streamline operational workflows.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks while maintaining strong communication and timely follow-up.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Information Systems, Computer Science, Analytics, or
a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Reporting, Data Administration, or a similar
analyst role.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, and data validation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience using Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet reporting and operational deadlines.
• Experience working with business data and operational reporting processes.
 

Nice to Have
•Experience working with Salesforce CRM.
•Basic knowledge of SQL.
•Exposure to data governance, data quality, or data hygiene initiatives.
•Experience supporting reporting, analytics, or process improvement projects.
•Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and other Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
