We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Key Account Manager – Valves to manage and grow strategic customer accounts by aligning customer investment cycles with company offerings. The role involves driving business development, providing technical solutions, leading contract negotiations, and ensuring superior customer experience while collaborating with cross-functional teams.


The ideal candidate should possess strong exposure in industrial valves, flow-control products, EPC/projects, and key account management across process industries.


  • Manage and grow strategic customer accounts to achieve business targets. 
  • Develop long-term account strategies aligned with customer CAPEX/OPEX plans. 
  • Identify new business opportunities in brownfield and greenfield projects. 
  • Drive sales growth through cross-selling of valves, spares, and flow-control solutions. 
  • Provide technical support on valve selection, sizing, and application suitability. 
  • Lead RFQ/RFP submissions, commercial negotiations, and contract finalization. 
  • Build strong relationships with customers across procurement, engineering, and plant teams. 
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely execution, delivery, and customer support. 
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry opportunities. 
  • Ensure timely MIS reporting, sales forecasting, and account reviews.
