Your role and responsibilities

Responsibilities




  • Monitor and maintain network devices at DC/DR/NDR sites
  • Handle network issues: ticketing, troubleshooting, and escalation
  • Perform basic configuration changes as per SOPs
  • Share daily reports on device health and network alerts
  • Support L2 engineers with issue resolution
  • Coordinate with DC teams and service providers
  • Maintain network device inventory and architecture diagrams
  • Participate in DR drills
  • Perform basic cabling (crimping, routing, etc.)

Requirements



  • CCNA certification with 3 years of Experience
  • Eductional Qualification - Diploma / bachelor degree
  • Basic knowledge of networking and devices (Cisco, Juniper)
  • Understanding of troubleshooting and IT support
  • Familiarity with data center or hybrid cloud environments

Preferred



  • Knowledge of ITSM (incident/problem management)

Exposure to support/monitoring tools





Required education
Associate's Degree/College Diploma

Preferred education
Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

* Networking Knowledge Base: Exposure to a solid base of networking knowledge, including hardware and software products, to provide technical support expertise.



* Technical Certification: Experience working with Digital Technical Certifications, such as Cisco CCNA / Juniper JNCIA.




* Technical Documentation Skills: Experience working with technical documentation for service personnel and clients, analyzing knowledge centers for different Networking technologies.
