Overview The Vendor Management Analyst supports the team with all aspects of the business and technology sourcing needs with strategic Vendors. This role will support Vendor Manager in implementing guidelines and processes for coordinating management of the contract, resource, and performance management, working with Global stakeholders and partnering with Procurement & Finance to provide insights/reporting for Vendor Portfolio Management. Accountabilities: 1. Vendor Governance and Relationship Management: · Support the team to develop the framework, governance structure, and knowledge repository for SBRs, Top to Tops, QBRs with a concentrated focus on 10 partners in scope for Vendor Strategic Planning (VSP). · Assist in coordinating governance discussions for Vendors · Working with Sector & Global stakeholders and providing insights/reporting for Strategic Partner Portfolio Management. · Creating and maintaining vendor profiles for strategic & preferred Vendors by conducting market research. · Establishing efficient guidelines and proceses to manage PepsiCo’s strategic relationships with partners · Conduct market research, competitor analysis and support the team in vendor/technology scouting. · Maintain supporting documentation for VSP, including SBR deck, T2T briefers. · Provide support to the team (VRMs and innovation team) with global strategic and preferred vendors (AMESA, APAC, Europe, LATAM) – track the issues as applicable 2. Vendor Performance Management: · Support Track, report and analyze the performance of Strategic Vendors using Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Business Satisfaction Surveys · Assist in definition, refinement, and consistent reporting of KPIs to PEP senior leadership · Innovation : Support the team to deliver 3-4 Horizon 1 programs working with Service Owners · Innovation : Support VSP program from the data perspective and external research 3. Vendor Contract Compliance and Sourcing Risk Management: · Resolves inquiries from stakeholders related to the contracts · Assist in managing the Contract Change management process 4. Vendor Resource Management: · Validation of Vendor consumption data (e.g., resource unit validation, verifying calculations, ensuring volume pricing adjustments are applied, etc.) or Project related SOWs using established process. · Provide input to Finance to support the development of PepsiCo financial forecasts, financial business cases, and budget plans as required at a sector level · Analyze the data and generate insights for external labor productivity. 5. Vendor and Sourcing Strategy and Execution · Support the development of self-service dashboards and insights to support vendor strategy · Support any documentation or data gathering aspects of vendor capability matrices across L1 areas of focus to enable optimized vendor landscape with a concentrated focus on 10 top partners in scope for VSP · Elevate relationship with key innovation partners, maintaining documentation to support vendor profiles and T2T 6. Reporting (Power BI ) · Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards and data models. · Analyze requirements and create data visualizations to meet stakeholder needs. · Design and implement data governance procedures. Responsibilities · Ability to interact with key stakeholders and communicate persuasively in a multi-functional environment · Ability to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines through excellent time management and strong organizational and problem-solving skills · Highly organized and responsive, with ability to work on tight timelines. · Stakeholder alignment and management competency · Technical service delivery and/or IT operations experience is a plus · Ability to take ownership and drive issues to resolution Qualifications · 6+ year college degree or commensurate work experience · 3 – 5 years experience in Vendor Relationship Management, Governance or Procurement areas with interest or knowledge in environment. · 3 – 5 years experience Financial Management (preferable) · 3 – 5 years experience in environment (preferable) and Contract Management · 3-5 years’ experience with Power BI and Data Visualization Tech Skills: · Good analytical skills and attention to detail · Excellent MS Office skills, in particular Excel, Word, and PowerPoint · Proficient in English, both verbal and written · Medium to High level understanding of commercial contracts or contracts · Knowledge of Vendor Management tools · Power BI and data visualization · Ability to deliver credible insights through work products and communication · Capable of managing multiple time sensitive priorities simultaneously · Detail-oriented; organized in approach and in documentation · Ability to work well in a virtual team environment · Consistently shows urgency, courtesy and patience · Exceptional communication skills · Capacity to analyze at deep level and connect data from different sources to drive actionable decisions · Experience building relationships, negotiating, and influencing key stakeholders, internal and external partners to drive decisions ·
