Your impact

At Jacobs, we are seeking a experienced Lead Engineer - Project Controls  who should have 10 to 15 years planning and scheduling experience.



  • Lead the IAP session and develop Schedule and set-up pro services cost system in IPCS for the project, based on the approved estimate by project manager.
  • Interact with Project Manager and various key players involved in the project implementation to establish work scope and develop work strategies with proper sequence and durations.
  • Prepare and Update Project Schedules - consisting of engineering, procurement, and construction. 
  • Prepare Deliverable schedules, 
  • Prepare Progress ‘S’ Curves, 
  • Prepare Cash flow report and Curve (TIC Projects).
  • Monitor and control to meet the ‘Project Management’ requirement of schedule adherence through Planning Report, Progress Variance Analysis Report, Critical path Analysis, etc.
  • Develop L1 proposal schedule, forecast resource curve and payment milestones as and when required by Sales.
  • Support Lead office Cost & Schedule lead in workshare projects (Pro-service cost/schedule controls activities) .
  • Lead and mentor junior colleague in PC team.
  • Hands on experience in MS Project / Primavera software are essential.                  
  • Understand project scope in terms of Green-field/ Brownfield/Revamp/De-bottlenecking plants.




Here's what you'll need
  • Experience Level: Minimum 10 years’ experience in Design Consultancy Planning/scheduling & Cost controls, preferably from Pharma, Chemicals, FMCG & Industrial Projects.
