We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle Middleware & Integration Consultant with over 10 years of experience in Oracle Middleware technologies, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle GoldenGate, and Observability solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on expertise in managing and supporting mission-critical production environments, troubleshooting complex integration issues, ensuring high availability, and working directly with enterprise customers.


The role requires excellent technical, analytical, and customer-facing skills with the ability to drive production stability, performance optimization, and continuous service improvements.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities
 


  • Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle Middleware and Integration platforms.
  • Design, implement, and support Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations.
  • Deploy, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Oracle Middleware environments.
  • Manage Oracle GoldenGate replication environments, monitor replication health, and resolve synchronization issues.
  • Build and maintain observability solutions using Oracle Management Cloud, OCI Logging, OCI Monitoring, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Splunk, or similar tools.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for critical production incidents and implement preventive actions.
  • Monitor system health, integration flows, middleware components, and database replication.
  • Handle production incidents while meeting defined SLAs.
  • Collaborate with customers, application teams, DBAs, infrastructure, networking, and cloud teams to resolve production issues.
  • Participate in on-call support and planned maintenance activities.
  • Develop automation scripts for monitoring, deployment, and operational tasks using Shell, Python, or Ansible.
  • Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures.
  • Participate in change management, release management, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Drive performance tuning and capacity planning initiatives.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve critical production issues independently.
  • Experience working in cloud-based environments, preferably Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior engineers.
