In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing robotics software focused on manipulation, motion planning, navigation, and autonomous control.
You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to build reliable, scalable, and high-performance robotic solutions for real-world applications.
Key Responsibilities Design and develop robust robotic manipulation and control software.
Build and implement advanced robotics algorithms using ROS2.
Develop motion planning solutions for 6DOF robotic manipulators using MoveIt2.
Design behavior trees and decision-making frameworks for autonomous robots.
Integrate perception, localization, mapping, navigation, and control systems.
Develop and maintain simulation environments for testing and validating robotic systems using Isaac Sim or similar platforms.
Lead the development of navigation and autonomous control algorithms using Nav2.
Collaborate with software, AI, hardware, and systems engineering teams to deliver scalable robotics solutions.
Optimize system performance for deployment in real-world environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related engineering discipline.
5–10 years of hands-on experience in robotics software development.
Strong experience in robotic manipulators, motion planning, control systems, localization, mapping, and autonomous navigation.
Solid expertise in motion planning for 6DOF manipulators.
Hands-on experience developing ROS2 applications and custom drivers.
Strong knowledge of MoveIt2 for robotic manipulation and Nav2 for autonomous navigation.
Experience with simulation platforms such as Isaac Sim for robotics development and testing.
Excellent programming skills in *C++* and *Python*.
Strong understanding of robotics software architecture and autonomous systems.
Ability to lead technical initiatives and work effectively in a fast-paced engineering environment.
