Job Description

This position is responsible to oversee and manage the learning and development process for all talent in the hotel.  This position will ensure that all learning activities support Accor philosophy of creating an environment where each and every member of the team is recognized as talent and feels valued for their contribution. 


  • Develop, implement, and oversee the annual training plan and learning budget, ensuring strategic alignment with organizational goals and efficient resource allocation
  • Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis in collaboration with department heads and stakeholders to identify skill gaps and design targeted learning solutions
  • Design, coordinate, and deliver engaging training programs—both internal and external—across all organizational levels, utilizing diverse delivery methods and platforms
  • Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure seamless program enrollment, tracking, and accessibility for all employees
  • Measure and analyze training effectiveness through data-driven metrics, feedback mechanisms, and performance indicators; recommend continuous improvements based on findings
  • Lead employee engagement and development initiatives that promote a supportive, inclusive learning environment and strengthen organizational culture
  • Manage relationships with external training vendors and consultants, ensuring quality delivery and cost-effectiveness
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging learning technologies; implement innovative solutions to enhance program delivery and support organizational change initiatives
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on training outcomes and strategic recommendations

Qualifications

  • Master/Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or equivalent 
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, With at least 2-3 years in a managerial or leadership role 
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting Training Needs Analysis and designing customized learning solutions
  • Prior experience in delivering on the job training within Accor would be preferred
  • Train the Trainer or equivalent certification
  • Strong coach approach leadership style.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of talent
  • Good teamworking skills and able to work effectively and contribute in a team
  • Excellent planning and organization skills
