Drive transportation planning and vehicle placement to ensure on-time dispatches and customer service commitments.
Monitor and track shipments from dispatch to delivery, ensuring timely delivery and proactive issue resolution.
Coordinate closely with Sales, Warehouse, Customers, and Transporters for seamless order fulfillment.
Manage and optimize Transportation Management System (TMS) operations for planning, tracking, reporting, and data integrity.
Prepare and analyze logistics reports (dispatch report, utilization report) and KPIs to improve service levels and operational efficiency
Graduation in any field
Minimum 3 years of experience in transportation and logistics operations (PAN India distribution).
Preference to manufacturing, FMCG, consumer goods or 3rd Party Logistics environments preferred
