Key Responsibilities
* Manage and support DASD & Tape storage systems.
* Work with DFSMS, HSM, RMM, DFP, DSS, ICF Catalogs, VSAM, ICKDSF.
* Handle ATL/VTS, SILOs, TS7700 environments.
* Perform storage allocation, migration, and performance tuning.
* Troubleshoot storage issues and support backup/restore processes.
* Work with reporting and capacity planning tools.
Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of mainframe storage concepts.
* Hands on experience with IBM storage tools.
* Familiarity with 3rd party tools: FDR/ABR, STOPX37, CA 1, CA Disk, EMC, etc.
* Good analytical and communication skills.
