Job description

What you´ll do
  • Support regional closing activities by updating reporting overviews, investigating significant changes across key P&L lines and coordinating with country controllers
  • Prepare ad-hoc analyses, deep dives, simulations, presentations, and reports based on business needs
  • Validate and analyze data from different stakeholders
  • Lead and present smaller initiatives and projects
  • Contribute to the further development of the trainee program and support onboarding of new trainees towards the end of the traineeship


What makes you a good fit
  • Qualified CA and one-year industrial training experience preferably in a manufacturing company. 
  • Solid understanding of P&L structures and the ability to interpret key drivers within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong analytical skills combined with critical thinking and a high standard for quality
  • Highly motivated, results oriented and enthusiastic contributor with ability to work at a high level of independency
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel; experience with AI-based tools is an advantage
  • Curious, proactive mindset with a willingness to learn quickly.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations across stakeholders.
  • Team-oriented personality, comfortable interacting with colleagues across different seniority levels
