We are looking for a dynamic Associate Manager – Affiliate Growth who has hands-on experience in CPS affiliate marketing and has successfully onboarded and managed Media Buying Affiliates. The ideal candidate should possess strong relationship management skills, a growth mindset, and the ability to scale publisher revenue while ensuring campaign profitability.

Key Responsibilities


Onboard, activate, and manage publishers with a strong focus on CPS campaigns.
Acquire and build relationships with media buying affiliates and performance publishers.
Expand the affiliate network through LinkedIn, referrals, communities, and market research.
Drive publisher engagement, activation, and revenue growth.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for conversions and ROI.
Collaborate with Advertiser Growth, Network Operations, and Tech teams for seamless campaign execution.
Negotiate commercial terms, payouts, and exclusive partnerships.
Share campaign updates, creatives, and promotional materials with publishers.
Reactivate dormant publishers and maximize existing account performance.
Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure publisher compliance.
Stay updated on affiliate marketing trends and competitor activities.

Requirements3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing or Performance Marketing.
Strong experience in CPS campaigns.
Proven experience in onboarding publishers and affiliate acquisition.
Hands-on experience managing media buying affiliates.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Understanding of affiliate tracking platforms such as Trackier, HasOffers, Everflow, or similar.
Good knowledge of performance metrics including EPC, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROI, and Revenue.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
