Overview The Manager – Supply Chain Finance will act as a strategic finance business partner to plant and supply chain operations, driving cost control, inventory optimization, working capital efficiency, and financial governance across procurement and manufacturing functions. The role requires strong operational engagement with plant teams and a sharp focus on cost efficiency and performance improvement. Responsibilities Strong expertise in Budgeting and Forecasting for plant and supply chain operations. Hands-on experience in Month-End Close (MEC) processes. In-depth Supply Chain Finance (SCF) knowledge across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and inventory control. Strong focus on cost control, cost optimization, and margin improvement. Experience in standard costing, BOM validation, material ledger, and variance analysis. Advanced proficiency in SAP (FI/CO, MM preferred). Hands-on experience with Alteryx for data automation and reporting efficiency. Working knowledge of Mosaic for planning and forecasting cycles. Strong reporting and visualization capability using Tableau. Proven stakeholder management skills, working closely with plant heads and operations teams. Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate financial insights effectively to senior leadership. Qualifications CMA/CA/MBA/CA-Inter/CMA-Inter SCF experience Proficient in Excel Fluent in communication SAP experience (good to have) Stakeholder management experience. Education & Qualifications Graduation (Commerce / Finance preferred) CA / CMA – Inter also can be considered. 6–10 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Finance / Manufacturing Finance / Plant Finance. Strong exposure to inventory accounting, standard costing, and variance analysis. Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or distribution-driven environments preferred.
