We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) with 7+ years of progressive HR experience to support a Line of Business of approximately 600+ employees based in Bangalore. This role partners closely with business leaders to understand business priorities, solve organizational challenges, influence people strategy, and drive business outcomes through effective HR partnership.


The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to identify business challenges, recommend practical HR solutions, manage complex employee relations matters, leverage workforce analytics (including attrition trends), and contribute to talent strategy initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness.

Preferably supporting large technology organizations as HRBP.


Key Responsibilities


  • Partner with business leaders to understand strategic priorities and align HR initiatives with business objectives. 
  • Identify organizational and business challenges, recommend HR interventions, and successfully drive resolution to improve business outcomes. 
  • Provide strategic HR consultation on workforce planning, talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, succession planning, and employee engagement. 
  • Manage complex Employee Relations matters, conduct workplace investigations, and ensure compliance with Oracle policies and corporate ethics. 
  • Analyse workforce data including attrition, headcount, talent movement, employee lifecycle metrics, and organizational trends to provide actionable business insights. 
  • Influence leaders using data-driven recommendations to improve retention, productivity, and organizational health. 
  • Recommend improvements to HR policies, people processes, and organizational practices. 
  • Lead and support cross-functional HR initiatives and strategic projects. 
  • Build trusted relationships with business leaders, HR Centers of Excellence, and cross-functional stakeholders. 
  • Develop HR communication materials, change management collateral, and leadership presentations. 
Qualifications & Skills:Mandatory
  • MBA (Full-time) with specialization in Human Resources or equivalent postgraduate qualification in HR is mandatory.
  • 7+ years of HR Business Partner / Strategic HR experience.
  • Experience supporting large business organizations (approximately 900+ employees preferred). 
  • Demonstrated experience identifying business problems, developing HR strategies, and implementing solutions that delivered measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong Employee Relations experience, including conducting workplace investigations and resolving complex employee issues. 
  • Experience developing and executing Talent Strategy, including workforce planning, succession planning, retention initiatives, talent reviews, and organizational effectiveness. 
  • Strong experience analyzing HR metrics such as attrition, headcount, employee lifecycle, engagement, performance trends, and workforce analytics to drive business decisions. 
  • Proven ability to influence senior business leaders and act as a trusted strategic HR advisor. 
  • Strong stakeholder management, consulting, communication, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.

Good-to-Have


  • Experience in enterprise technology or multinational organizations. 
  • Exposure to change management and organizational design. 
  • HRIS reporting experience (Oracle HCM, Workday, SuccessFactors, etc.). 
  • Project management experience. 
  • Professional HR certification (SHRM, HRCI, CIPD, etc.).
