About the Role:


Responsibilities 


  • Performs the key function of ensuring KPIs are reported in Intelex as per Global Security requirements
  • Responsible for the implementation of the Project Security and Incident Management systems 
  • Selects and manages the Project Security team and providers in accordance with Security Guidelines and ethics approach in full compliance with local rules /JV guidelines   if any.
  • Establish and maintain an effective working relationship with the project Site security stakeholders.
  • Devise security plan and procedures for project activities aligned with local law, Corporate Security standards and Client requirements.
  • Collect and analyze Security information to identify new or changing threats & risks that can affect company Personnel, Operations, Assets and / or Reputation.
  • Must be able to handle overall security of Site and ensure its Smooth Functioning.
  • Must Ensure that Site Instructions are followed strictly.
  • Must Ensure that his Subordinate perform their duty in full spirit as per their Duty chart. Non-Compliance, if any should be brought to the knowledge of Senior Management.
  • Must Ensure the Safety and Security of all Properties /Assets of the Company.
  • Responsible for managing the movement of Employees, Client, Visitors, Material and vehicle on Site.
  • Responsible to maintain all security and safety working Condition at all time.
  • Must Ensure Proper patrolling is carried out along with proper documentation.
  • Must be aware of Escalation Matrix and Incident Reporting.
  • Manage and Complete liaising with local authority and police hierarchy.
  • Experience in Security Auditing.
  • Disciplinary Approach toward Security Management.
  • Ability to Train and impart Awareness to motivate the core Security Team.
  • Improve Fire Fighting Standard at the Site by Conducting Fire Fighting/ Training.
  • Ascertain that reporting and information sharing are up to date.
  • Conducting investigation and Root cause analysis for various theft, pilferage, and other Frauds.
  • Supervise Security agency to Protect Company internal and external Threats.
  • Conduct security audits and inspections to reduce security risk and threat at the site.
  • Assess and visualize the forthcoming threat and inform senior management for counter measure of the same.
  • Must be well Conversant with u/m Standard Operating Procedures -
  • Emergency Response Tea
  • Law information Action.
  • Evacuation Procedure
  • Fire Alarm System
  • Surveillance System
  • Material Management
  • Visitor Management-

About you:

  • Should be a graduate from a recognized university
  • Retired Veterans Indian Armed Forces below 50 Yrs. age, can also Apply with 10 + years of security operations experience in field of Oil & Gas / Refinery /Petrochemicals or Bulk Chemical Manufacturing companies or Large Construction Sector ( LSTK / EPCM / EPC ) Projects.
  • Able to analyze situations, make quick decisions and formulate action plans.
  • Able to investigate site incidents and provide detailed reports.
  • Experience working with security service providers.
  • Working knowledge of security software systems.
  • Working knowledge of video surveillance equipment.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards.
  • Proficient with computers and Microsoft office tools such as outlook, word excel and power point.
  • Must be capable of creating and managing key performance metrics.
  • Experienced training others in security procedures.
  • Able to work independently with little direction.
  • Experience working in a high security environment.
