Job Role Description
The Marketing Communications Advisor - Associate is responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing communications projects. This role involves ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, digital standards, and assisting with various communication activities to optimize marcom channels and budgets

Job Role Responsibilities
Strategy Development & Alignment: Acts as key point of contact for the development of marketing communications plans for a selected Business Unit consistent with brand strategy
Execution & Project Management: Coordinates day‑to‑day execution of marketing communications activities by preparing project inputs, supporting brief development, and working with internal teams and agency partners through creative development and production
Budget & Metrics Stewardship: Assists in tracking marketing communications budgets and gathers performance data to support reporting, measurement, and optimization efforts
Digital Marketing & Technology: Provides data administration and end user support for implementation and ongoing management of marketing technology and processes
Brand Governance & Collaboration: Ensures adherence to Global Brand Guidelines and Digital Standards in assigned materials and collaborates with internal stakeholders and agencies to support efficient and consistent execution
