Delivery

1. Unloading the bags from vehicle

2. Scan the shipments

3. Primary Sorting and Secondary sorting

4. Outscan the shipments as per delivery route

5. Delivering the shipment as per package address only

6 Take an acknowledge form customers through device ( BYOD)

7. Update correct status code for undelivered shipments at customer address

8. Delivery process will be briefed through a training

9. Handing over of cod amount on the same day to the supervisor

10. Undelivered shipments needs to be handed over to the supervisor

11. Proper dress code and carry field bags all the delivery points

Pickup

1. Pickup as per SOP

2. Timely pickup at customer place as per cut off timing

3.Check if serviceable location

4. Count number of shipments at the customer and take acknowledgement on the pickup sheet

5. Inscan the shipment at the office and handle Rapid entry

6. Primary and secondary sorting of the shipments

7. Bagging process

8. Canvas bags to be Loaded in to the vehicle

9. Reaching location for timely connection

OPERATIONS STAFF (Van pickup and delivery)

Delivery

1. Route wise loading of shipments with proper tally
2. Delivering shipments to the right customers
3. POD/FOD/DOD/COD process…. Delivery run sheet
4. Proper status code for the undelivered shipments
5. To meet the EDD & to achieve the SQ targets
6. Handing over of cod/dod/fod on the same day
7. Undelivered shipments needs to be handed over to the supervisor
8. Appointment delivery process
9. Proper dress code with customer centric approach

Pickup

1. Pickup as per SOP
2. Timely pickup at customer place as per cut off timing
3. Airwaybill execution
4. Tally of shipments at the customer place as per invoice
5. Ensuring relevant regulatory paperwork is collected
6. Pickup sheet
7. Checking the condition of the packages at the time of pickup
8. Reaching location for timely connection
