An Ideal Candidate:



  • An Ideal candidate should have Minimum 4 to 7 years of experience in Organizational development from big 4 consulting firms. Experience in organizational design, role detailing, performance management

Key Competencies:



  • The role being discussed is to support and drive an Organizational Development (OD) engagement being done.The engagement covers multiple OD pillars, including org structure, governance, competencies, performance management.The role expects incumbent to do a substantial part of the detailing and execution (e.g., JDs, role-level competencies, process redesign, DOA rewrites) will be done internally.The role will sit within the SPMO, working closely with HR, and will act as the primary interface with the consultant.
