What would you do? The Performance Management Associate supports the delivery of Performance & Career Management services by processing employee and manager requests accurately and efficiently. The role focuses on transactional execution, adherence to defined processes, and timely resolution of performance-related service requests while ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and a high level of customer satisfaction. Support workforce behavior in alignment with the organization`s business strategy by designing, developing, implementing, and executing key HR processes: strategic planning; supply demand; hiring and sourcing; on-boarding and integration; training and development; objective-setting and performance management; and compensation and rewards.
What are we looking for? "Relevant years of experience in HR Operations or shared services environment • Exposure to Performance Management or HR transactional processes is an advantage" •• Bachelor’s degree (B.A / B.Com / B.Sc / B.Tech or equivalent). •"Must be open to Australian shift timings: (9 am to 5 pm) Australian time" "• Basic understanding of HR Operations and Performance Management processes • Strong attention to detail with focus on data accuracy • Good written and verbal communication skills in English • Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Customer service orientation and ability to handle queries professionally • Ability to follow standard procedures and work instructions consistently • Willingness to work in a process-driven, metrics-oriented environment"
