As a Performance Engineer, a typical day involves investigating and resolving complex performance challenges that have not been addressed by the internal performance testing team. This position requires a proactive approach to diagnosing problems and collaborating with various stakeholders to maintain and enhance system efficiency and reliability throughout the software lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align performance goals with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and system architecture principles.
- Experience in performance testing methodologies and validation techniques.
- Knowledge of capacity planning and resource management strategies.
- Familiarity with application performance management tools and problem resolution processes.
- Ability to analyze complex system behaviors and provide actionable insights.
