What would you do? Having good knowledge on windows basic troubleshooting and handling complex situations, having knowledge on SCCM ,WDS, DHCP , DNS , aware of AV solutions, encryption tool, aware of SLAs, patch management system, aware of bulk imaging /remote imaging ,aware of ticketing tool and its functionality. Good hands on of basic Hardware, networking and server troubleshooting required for L1.
