Roles & Responsibilities – Manager Facility Management1. Facility Operations & Infrastructure Management
- Ensure smooth operation of all plant infrastructure and utilities.
- Manage day-to-day facility operations including:
- Electrical systems
- DG sets
- UPS systems
- Air compressors
- HVAC / AHU systems
- Chillers / cooling systems
- Fire alarm & firefighting systems
- Water systems (RO/DM/DI/STP/ETP)
- Building maintenance (civil, plumbing, roofing, flooring)

4. Procurement & Capex Management
- Manage procurement of facility-related materials and services.

- Prepare RFQ/RFP, technical specifications, and vendor comparisons.

5. Supplier / Contractor Management
