Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Fully support corporate marketing, integrated team and project management team in managing projects on client project management platform, Monday.com.
• This role will include direct project management of a large-scale, or series or mid-scale, complex projects that will involve multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage projects from its inception to the end ensuring that all milestones are achieved by the team.
• Implement changes and create project boards, templates, forms, calendars and dashboards as per requirements.
• Coordinate with respective functional/channel leads to manage workload and work distribution for respective projects.
• Provide necessary Monday.com and PageProof trainings to relevant team members.
• Thoroughly review all the project requirements ensuring that all the required assets and information has been provided before the project starts.
• Always provide best customer service to the corporate and integrated marketing teams.
• Ensure all projects and calendars are always updated reflecting latest update and status of projects.
• Schedule meetings to collaborate with stakeholders team to ensure proper execution of projects.
• Share project status updates with relevant stakeholders as and when required.
• Assist in creating necessary project and utilization reports on a monthly/quarterly/bi-weekly cadence as per requirement.
• Coordinate with Monday.com Support team to resolve technical issues encountered by the team promptly.
• Stay updated with latest developments on Monday.com platform exploring new features to enhance user experience for the team.
• Ensure that all required assets/documents are provided to the corporate and integrated marketing team to ensure they adhere to the workflow process.

Requirements:

• Intermediate knowledge of a project management platform like Jeera, Asana, Workfront etc.
• Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with global stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Microsoft Excel and Office and comfortable with large sets of data and documentation.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
