Job Summary


The role is responsible for coordinating engineering site visit outcomes, ensuring recommendations are reviewed internally, communicated to customers for approval, and converted into work orders for execution.


Job Description – Process Associate Recommendations


Coordinate with engineers to collect recommendations following site visits. Facilitate internal review and validation of engineering recommendations. Prepare and share approved recommendations with customers for acceptance. Track customer approvals and confirmations. Raise work orders based on accepted recommendations. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of approved work. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to site visits, approvals, and work orders.


Timing


  • Standard Shift: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST
  • Flexibility Required: Candidate must be open to working in Oceania shift after transition.

Qualifications


  • UG/PG Degree in Commerce and Finance preferred / Any graduation.

Years of experience


  • At least 3– 5years of experience in OTC – Order management and Billing.

Skill sets required


  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Ability to prepare and manage quotations and work orders.
  • Basic understanding Fire and Security safety systems.
  • Experience with quotation/work order systems is preferred.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage follow-ups.
